The Insite Group has grown to include Insite Builders, a multi-family and commercial construction company; Insite Properties, a development and management firm specializing in boutique offices, retail properties and market-rate senior and luxury multi-family housing; Insite Homes, a custom home builder; DH&G LLC a multi-family developer, and DH&G Properties, a partnership specializing in the development and ownership of affordable housing communities and historic properties. A majority of the developments have utilized tax-advantaged financing, with a large portion of our portfolio being affordable housing serving both families and seniors. Developments include the Woodland Greens Apartments, a 240 unit family community that involved a substantial $4.5 million dollar renovation and rehabilitation. Prior to rehabilitation and the current ownership by Insite, this one community was utilizing 46% of the city’s police resources. Woodland Greens is now a safe quality family community utilizing only .8% of the city’s police resources. In Marysville, Washington, Insite Housing Partners recently completed the premier apartment development for this city. While the physical amenities are the most extensive and luxurious in Marysville, these apartments are affordable to all residents of the area. More, recently The Insite Group has focused on the development of custom homes, market-rate family communities, premier senior communities and niche office buildings. These include the Park Hill Apartment Homes in Renton, Washington, the Bohls Plaza Office Building, in Bee Cave, Texas and 32 custom homes at The Pointe on Lake Austin in Austin, Texas. Together, these companies provide strength and assurance behind every community developed constructed and owned by one of the Insite Group of Companies. The firm currently has offices in Santa Barbara, California; Seattle, Washington; and Kailua, Hawaii, and is involved with development and construction in Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii.
